Our client is seeking a Tech Lead for a contract to hire opportunity. This is Hybrid in office in Newark 2 to 3 days a week.

Role & Responsibilities
1.           NWOW Tech Lead mindset towards "emerging architecture" design
1.           Technical decisions at a team level
2.           Story writing and refining
2.           Provide leadership to the team on technology strategy
1.           Engage team in discussions about coding best practices
2.           Coach and educate team on industry trends and emerging technologies
3.           Continuous Integration and deployment
4.           Help interpret technology strategy into consumable units of work deployed to the team
3.           Regular connects with Journey Architects and Tech Leads to discuss impacting work and process
1.           Version upgrades across application and impacted teams
2.           Stories that may impact shared components
3.           Decisions and dependencies impacting other Journey teams
4.           Tech debt and refactoring
5.           Cross functional capacity review and support across Journey teams (ex: ADA)
4.           Code Deployment
1.           Review of pull requests,
2.           Merging PRs into branches
3.           Initiate pipeline builds
4.           Verify builds
