Qualifications

•You are detail-oriented and goal-driven
•You are a capable problem solver with excellent organizational skills and superior verbal and written communication skills
•5+ years of Software Manager role
•Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python or equivalent
•Experience with Azure/AWS or equivalent with experience, preferably in the following application areas: healthcare services, IoT hubs, financial services, scheduling applications, etc
•Understanding of HITRUST, GDPR, and/or HIPAA security compliance
•Experience with relational or NoSQL database development
•Familiarity with React/Redux or equivalent interface frameworks
•Familiarity with Docker container runtime engine
•Some degree of Linux experience (bash scripting, system services, GPIO)
•Experience with on-device application development and integration with back-end services

Responsibilities

•In this role, you will be working with a team of software developers in collaboration with other stakeholders
•You will support the software engineering lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object-oriented analysis and design, code & unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery
•Review Requirements and Test Cases
•Work directly with Software Requirements and SQA groups
•Assist with the development from the ground up of an in-house solution for patient monitoring and patient management applications
•Manage project timelines, resources, and detailed documentation
•Coordinate with other departments to ensure that product development is completed and product documentation is completed
•Work will focus on software development of client-side and server-side applications, data management, security implementation, and API development for integration with EHR platforms
