We have an Immediate opening for an experienced Family Law Attorney in either Hoboken or Bayonne. We seek an enthusiastic, motivated Family Law attorney with at least three years of Family Law experience to join our growing team of practitioners. Partners and small groups will also be considered. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, interrogatories, case information statements, settlement agreements and final judgments. The candidate will regularly attend court appearances, depositions and argue motions. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with clients, adversaries, and colleagues. Prior Law Clerk experience is a plus.
