Role Responsibilities
Developing a strategic relationship within the account with the goal for the Customer to consider our company as a strategic partner
Understand the customer strategy
Leverage relationship to introduce us to others within the account
Leverage relationship to foster participation and or attendance to our Marketing events
Responsible for opportunity progression
Point on communicating with customer (lead and or opportunity progression and strategy)
Team with key strategic vendor sales representatives aligned with focused practice areas
Sales Business Development
Identify the practice / solution areas they are looking to target within an account
Identify the personas within the account for the Practice(s) the CSE is aligned and in partnership with Practice Lead and TSS
Research the specific account contacts based upon the personas
Develop the messaging for each of the leads / contacts within the account for the Practice(s) the CSE is aligned and in partnership with Practice Lead, TSS, and Sales Leadership
Develop outreach campaign, in partnership with Practices, TSS, Marketing and Sales Leadership
Responsible for entering identified opportunities into the CRM (CW or SF)
