Sr Digital Marketing Manager

The Director of Digital Marketing at our company is one of the primary liaisons between the internal team and the client. Your job is to partner with both the client and the company by facilitating the success of ongoing marketing efforts. You will be encouraged to provide strategic input and come up with creative solutions to meet their goals.
About You!
Each day is different based on client/project needs. As Director of Digital Marketing, you are responsible for the following items based on client contracts:
  • Search Engine Optimization strategies
  • Overseeing paid search strategies and budgets
  • Overseeing social media marketing
  • Creating and testing landing pages
  • Overseeing Email marketing
  • Analytics analysis (Google and other systems)
  • …and more
The Director of Digital Marketing must research, stay ahead of, and to a degree… predict industry trends. The ideal candidate will be able to easily adapt to industry and client changes in order to prove success for the campaign.
The successful candidate will be willing and able to manage all marketing accounts through scheduled and unscheduled client calls and meetings in order to present and explain strategy, results, and future plans. A deadline-oriented individual is a must.
Position Requirements
Above and beyond the aforementioned requirements, the successful candidate will:
  • Proven expertise of B to B
  • Ability to market our company in a way that acquires new clients. 
  • Be able to work on-site in Colts Neck NJ and have reliable transportation available.
  • Be already certified as a Google AdWords professional OR be willing to become certified within the first month of hire.
  • Think logically, critically, and strategically and have a great sense of business.
  • Be willing to go above and beyond in order to prove success for campaigns.
  • Be addicted to learning and increasing your knowledge base of our industry and the client’s.
Additional responsibilities will include:
  • Account and project management for marketing campaigns
  • Campaign planning and implementation
  • Minor copywriting
  • Keyword research and analysis
  • Optimizing websites for high search engine visibility
  • Representing our company at client meetings
  • Marketing campaign report generation and analysis
  • Advanced Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Proficiency on either a PC or Mac (both is a plus)
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinking.
  • WordPress & HTML knowledge (ability to update and optimize sites)
  • AdWords management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrates good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 3-5 years marketing management experience with a web or technology company
  • 3-5 years of experience managing client accounts in a professional services setting
  • Experience leading strategic marketing discussions across a broad variety of goal-driven environments (i.e., Web sites, mobile applications, e-commerce, web applications, etc.)
  • Experience leading a team a plus.
  • Your own method of transportation for work and meetings
  • Willingness to put in the hours necessary to accomplish tasks and meet all deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of popular content management systems (WordPress especially, Joomla, Drupal)

We’ll pay for 50% of your medical, 100% dental, 2 weeks paid vacation plus holidays as well as give you a great place to grow. Salary for this ranges from $70-90K based on experience.
