Provide day to day leadership and management over the ERP Systems in the life sciences business in support of the CONNECT ERP Transformation Program and on-going operation, globally.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Work in a highly collaborative fashion with business, IT, life science stakeholders and team members to manage day to day operations of the Microsoft AX, Navision 2016, Great Plains and MYOB to align with overall roadmap for CONNECT.
Attract, develop, and retain talent from solution architects, BSAs, QA analysts down through recent college graduates.
Manage workload or projects, support, maintenance, and forward-looking tasks to ensure all life science business activities and work products are delivered on-time, on-standard and with high quality.
Provide effective Microsoft AX, Navision, Great Plains and MYOB production support ensuring timely response to production incidents and problems, service requests and enhancements in a continuously planned and prioritized manner.
Ensures workload is properly distributed between internal teams and contractors.
Ensure all Life Sciences ERP work products produced by the team are fully aligned with the defined enterprise and solution architectures, considers the future target F&O business processes, leverages as much of the OOTB standard configuration to the extent possible and adhere to the standard development and document processes.
Ensures all functions, development and support work is in line with CSI best practices around HIPPA, PII, PHI, SOX, GDPR…etc.
In conjunction with Finance and Operations, ensures that all technology selections, architectures, and roadmaps align with the larger CSI IT strategies, LRSP, enterprise architectures and standards.
Critical interface between CSI IT transformation programs such as CONNECT, EDM, DNA, Finance & Operations as well as the life sciences business.
Leads the delivery of ERP IT-side capabilities that provide foundational/enabling capabilities in support of Finance and Operations systems (e.g., environments, utilities, cloud services) evolution and global deployment.

Build and management of a team of developers, QA analysts, contractors and engineers supporting Microsoft ERP

All IT general processes, policies, and controls in support of our enterprise Microsoft D365 systems including GxP, S-Ox and data privacy compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES Travel: Up to one week of travel per month to Trumbull or other locations including CA, AZ, Costa Rica, Canada, and Europe. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven experience in the design, configuration implementation, and support of ERP and ISV systems. Preferably Microsoft AX, Navision, Great Plains and F&O
Deep knowledge of finance and operations processes, data and systems will ensure the candidate is credible as a subject matter expert who quickly earns the respect of their IT and consultant peers, business leadership and their teams.
Deep knowledge in systems integration best practices between ERP and systems such as CRM, websites, portals, and LIMS
Experience managing resources and delivering ERP capabilities in global context.
Experience executing ERP SIT, UAT and Validation Testing; implementation of testing automation capabilities being a strong plus.
Product, Quality, Regulatory and Manufacturing system to ERP integrations experience is a strong plus.
Experience with data cleansing, verification, and migration.
Knowledge of master data management and data quality best practices.
Working knowledge of GxP validation, S-Ox controls, and data privacy statutes.
Proven ability to work effectively at all levels of business and information technology organizations.
Strong bias toward action and delivering measurable results.
Self-starter that works effectively remotely and independently.

Experience:
10+ years’ work experience in consulting, commercial, finance, manufacturing, supply chain and/or IT roles.
3+ years’ experience managing ERP business analysts, configuration resources and/or technical resources through implementation and production support.
Full lifecycle Microsoft ERP program implementation experience from planning to design and configuration through delivery, cutover, and support for B2B and B2C companies.
Building and developing ERP implementation and support teams; within the MS ERP space preferred.
Demonstrated progression of increasing responsibilities and business impact.
Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
Medical Devices or Life sciences industry experience is a strong plus.
Highly regulated industry experience is a strong plus.
Ability to shift between agile and waterfall methodologies.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, operations, or financial discipline.
Applicable Microsoft D365, AX, Navision, Great Plains Certifications
SCRUM Master or Product Owner certification is a strong plus.
