This is a full-time, on-site position.

 The successful candidate must have the following skills:
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate and lead team members, management, and suppliers
  • Electro-mechanical engineering experience required
  • Analytical and computer skills (computer and/or engineering)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated project management experience to drive projects to completion promptly
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry - medical device preferred.
  • Detailed Oriented
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee multiple technical projects within the company
  • Communicate project status and challenges with team members and management
  • Ensure all required project deliverables, including documentation, are planned and delivered
  • Plan and organize project efforts
  • Remove roadblocks to the project
  • Assure all resources for a project are available as needed
  • Participate in company meetings as a project representative
  • Develop required project deliverables as required
  • Collect and analyze project data
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 4-year degree in Engineering or Technical Field
  • 5 years of experience leading engineering, product development, and commercialization projects
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Certification in Project Management preferable
  • Experience in Agile Methodology
  • Experience working in a regulated industry
  • Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485
