Business Systems Analyst 1
Bradford Woods, PAOur client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst 1 for a direct perm opportunity.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or relevant experience; or Bachelor degree in related business field accompanied with technology or business system specific related experience required
- Minimum of two years business systems analysis experience or relevant experience required
- Writing technical and/or business documentation required.
- Experience on at least one significant team-oriented systems or business-related project required
- Competently use of Oracle, SQL and/or other tools to exploit database technologies and information gathering required
- Under direction, perform analysis, develop requirements and specifications, and test functionality to support and enhance existing systems and deploy new systems.
- Provide application and system support for the Corporate Accounting division and Funds Financial Services department.
- Facilitate communication between our IT department and the business divisions we support regarding business initiatives, technology initiatives, project & work requests, and incidents.
- Communicate and translate business requirements and objectives into clear technology initiatives.
- Work with technical and development staff to conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing. This includes developing and publishing test specifications, preparing test data, and creating user acceptance testing documents.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all reporting functions and system controls.
