We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with experience and a desire to work on a modern SaaS solution.
Manage multiple technical project(s) in accordance with MSI’s product roadmap
Serves as intermediary between technical teams, Product Owner(s), third party partners and large enterprise clients
Track and report on activity, status, budget and issues of key project
Manage business and technical risks throughout the project
Serve as escalation point for SOW changes and issues for large enterprise clients
Coordinate change management with large enterprise clients
Guide projects through to completion on time, within scope, and budget
Communicate project issues and risks (technical and non-technical) through requirements, tasks, tracking, reporting, identification, evaluation, communication and mediation
Coordinate with Development & IT teams responding to client issues and requests
Conduct quarterly business reviews with enterprise accounts
At least 6 years of Project Management experience with software development and deployments
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
Experience in technology project management and agile project management within a matrix organization
Experience in software development, ex-developer a big plus
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) a plus
Advanced understanding of full SDLC management
Ability to manage workload and prioritize appropriately
Initiative and a strong desire to work for a fast-paced dynamic organization
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills

AGILE/Scrum project methodology
Practical Experience with Project Management Applications (Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.)
Microsoft Project, Power Point & VISIO
Working with Cloud Computing a must
Experience working on a SaaS software a must
Amazon Web Services (AWS) a plus
Experience with change control and software deployments
