Our client is looking for a direct perm QA Test lead. Position can be hybrid 2/3 days a week in the office
QA Test Lead position will define, monitor, review and maintain the overall test strategy for business applications, data analytics and system integrations. The QA Test Lead will be responsible for the creation, update and execution of Test Plans, Test Cases and developing/updating test automation scripts.
Essential Functions:
Coordinate development of test scripts for functional, user interface and stress/load tests
Use defect tracking tools to document, track and report defects and defect resolution
Provide oversite on developing and using automated testing platforms
Provide leadership and oversite of testing staff and user acceptance testing
Plan and schedule testing agenda, participants, and execution
Resolve issues throughout the development life cycle
Provide detailed documentation
Provide test leadership for the system and all impacted interfacing systems
Track and Report test results
Manage and Report defect status
Performs additional duties or assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications:
4-year Technical degree
6 years of software testing experience
Credibility and ability to interact with and influence all levels of organization
Proven track record of implementing and utilizing automated tools and frameworks
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile testing methodologies and processes
Strong communication, organization, leadership and project management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work on fast-paced project teams and adhere to deadlines
Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations UAT and performance test orchestration.
Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Regression orchestration using RSAT preferred
Experience in system validation (IQ/PQ) and change management for regulated industry
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Passing of background check which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving records.
