Must be EE Troubleshooting Electrical production equipment Supporting manufacturing Industrial Controls oriented Dealing with Electrical components Dealing with converting machines EtherCAT (EtherCAT was developed with industrial automation in mind) Any Robotics experience a plus Any knowledge of ASM equipment a plus
Skills:
Experience working with Converting and SMT equipment.
Experience with automation and machine development. Experience with robotics a plus.
Worked with various types of sensors, controllers, encoders, power management and
Plant floor experience is a plus.
Able to utilize PLC programming, Ethercat/IP, IoT: Python, C++, Java
Knowledge of GMP manufacturing processes a plus.
Knowledge/experience in a software development process such as CMMI is a plus.
Able to write engineering/technical level documentation (e.g., requirements, design, test cases and procedures, etc.).
Experience with firmware programming is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to find sources of error and perform failure analysis and correct and/or develop alternative solutions.
Assist in manufacturing systems development and rollouts.
Manage project timelines, resources, and detailed documentation.
Provide test procedures to verify manufacturing conformance.
