Administrative support for outside sales reps.
Must have strong Excel expericne
Presales support includes: working with the sales executive, customer and vendor, registering transactions, getting pricing, quoting to customers and working with vendors to process orders and/or negotiate pricing.
Post-sales support includes: order tracking for customer and vendors on any back orders or issues. Need to understand the various programs and incentives available for each transaction and be able to pass information along to team members and sales reps.
Must be a team player, organized, proficient in Excel, have the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently. This is a fast-paced environment which requires some overtime during month-end, quarter end and year-end. Previous experience with computer manufacturers, including but not limited to: IBM, Lenovo, Cisco Hardware and Microsoft, VMWare, Veeam, other Software and Maintenance sales; not necessary but a plus.
