Electro Mechanical Engineer

Growing medical Device company is searching for a talented Electro Mechanical Engineer to join their team. 
Must be able to work fulltime 5-days a week on-site.

Job Description
  • Firmware programming, board level design and prototyping of the Company’s proprietary non-invasive monitoring devices.
  • Programming will entail managing of sensor sampling from several on-board sensors, implementation of DSP functions to manipulate a filter sensor data, and communication of results to on-board memory, and/or to on-board radio
  • Programming Radio application level software for BLE communication with a wireless host
  • Making board revisions for existing hardware, and working with team members on board fabrication and testing
  • Working with in-house team members to complete fabrication, and testing of the system
  • Documentation of work, software documentation, board design, and manufacturing documentation, etc.

  • Solid understanding of electro-mechanical engineering principles
  • Problem solving/analysis
  • Experience with one or more of Python, R, Java, and C programming languages
  • Matlab experience would be a plus.
  • Experience with edge computing methodologies
  • Familiarity with healthcare and/or finance is preferred
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience and Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
