Principle Designer

As Principle Experience Designer you'll help realize opportunities to help simplify, standardize, and automate across connected products and experiences. You'll work in a multidisciplinary agile team alongside business leads, product and delivery managers, tech leads, and developers to help deliver best-in-class, human-centered products and services for our team.
•             Assess business objectives and key constituents needs for large, highly complex customers/accounts
•             Assists in, or leads the facilitation of Design Thinking workshops, conducts UX research, and user testing
•             Leads projects across a large line of business
•             Provides strategic oversight in design and development projects
•             Solves highly complex problems through creating design concepts, prototypes using various design technologies
•             Refine prototypes from review, testing and feasibility iterations
•             Creates development ready assets for digital
•             Perform all other duties as required
•             Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and 7+yrs related work experience
•             Design Thinking, UX research, competitive & comparative, Usability testing, heuristics, evidence-based design
•             Experience in Lean and Agile methodologies as it relates to planning, sprints, stand-ups, iterative learning, collaboration and retrospectives - can marry Design with Agile and guide others in this
•             Deep knowledge and experience of tech stacks and development languages
•             Strong business acumen
•             Financial Industry knowledge and experience required
•             Experience with advanced Data Visualization a strong plus
