The IT Operation Management (ITOM) team is building an enterprise-level service operations, management and mapping solution using the ServiceNow product. We are actively seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our team. Among the applications we are responsible for: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Analytics.
 
As the ITOM Architect, you will be expected to contribute to project and solution delivery including:

• Drive ITOM technical vision and strategy
• Lead architecture and design for ITOM components
• Perform Application and Workflow Configuration
• Develop requirements, acceptance criteria and test scenarios for

• data integrations
• bug fixes and enhancements
• reports and analytics

• Interface with service areas and operations teams
• Prepare for upcoming product releases
• Champion ITOM best practices throughout the enterprise

 
REQUIRED ServiceNow Experience:

• System Administration including Architecture and Integration
• ITOM Implementation (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping)
• Application Development (Design, Scripting and Development)
• Configuration Management Application expertise
• Database design schemas and data modeling

 
NICE-TO-HAVE Experience:

• ITIL v4
• Infrastructure Monitoring tools
• Application Monitoring tools

 
US Citizenship required
Must pass Background check and Drug test requirements
