Our client is looking for a part-time resource to work on-site 2 days a week for 6 months in Queens, NY.
Standard Level 1, lower level 2 work.
Decommission Win7 and deploy Win10 PC’s
Address end-user requests that the helpdesk is unable to address remotely such as:
- Physical connection and troubleshooting of hardware and peripherals under the guidance of the helpdesk engineer
- Providing support for various project work that require boots on the ground.
