Salesforce Administrator

Essential Job Functions:
  • Support the daily activity of the users by handling support tickets and process improvement
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide best practices guidance related to the Salesforce platform
  • Identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and customization
  • Liaison with managers, users and vendors to create operational metrics and reporting for specific groups within the company
Other Duties:
  • Create documentation of requirements, business\technical design and test plans
  • Document and train staff on system best practices and processes
  • Create Excel worksheets with macros to transform data quickly

  • Ability to provide support to non-technical users
Education and Experience:
  • Salesforce Admin certification (ADM 201)
  • 2 + years of Salesforce implementation/Salesforce Administrator experience in designing Salesforce based solutions including cross-department processes (required)
  • Salesforce Einstein Analytics Experience with data flows and SAQL (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree specializing in Information system or equivalent
  • Experience with Excel and Excel Macros
