Some coding experience is beneficial, as is an ability to comfortably discuss technical concepts with developers. • Applicants should be able to bring clarity to the projects they are working on in the following ways: defining goals and success measures; freeing up lines of communication; identifying and removing blockers; encouraging collaboration; and, most importantly, continuously looking for ways to perfect how we work. • A degree in computer science (or another technical discipline) is preferred but not required.
