Our client, is a fast growing, well-funded startup that disrupts the way companies provide customer support to their products and services, by leveraging Machine Learning, Computer Vision and Augmented Reality to teleport knowledge directly to the point of use, and visually guide the user in the diagnosis and resolution process. We are looking for a success driven, tech savvy, customer facing Sales Engineer with proven experience in the Pre-Sales of SaaS enterprise software, to support our growing network of partners and onboarding new customers. The role will help support the Sales team on new or existing customers and partners to assist in all phases in the sales process and to be the SME representing our client in front of our customers and partners.
  • Assist in all phases of the presales process for solution selling into call centers and field service organizations within the Telecommunication/Consumer Electronics Manufacturers market segments
  • Work with multiple Account Executives & partners to support opportunity qualification process
  • Direct presentations to prospective customers and partners using knowledge of industry trends and standards and common industry challenges coupled with TechSee solution knowledge
  • Prepare technical part of response to RFPs and RFIs
  • Drive the process of delivering high-quality product and architecture presentations and demonstrations
  • Configure the TechSee product and demonstrate advanced product concepts
  • Customize and present Customer Presentations for every Customer/Industry/Role
  • Ensure to follow up on problems and process independently related to solutions engineering whatever in pre-sale or implementation capacity ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Qualify the implementation of technical pre-requsites with customers ensuring smooth POCs or POVs.
  • Assist account teams in ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Represent TechSee as a general industry Subject Matter Expert
  • Travel to customer sites worldwide 
  • Technical university degree, experience with CRM/Contact Centers is a plus.
  • Experience delivering solutions to Enterprises such as Broadband providers, Cables, Retailers, Consumer Electronics manufacturers, etc.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and basic project management skills
  • Experience with presenting business benefits and value proposition
  • Experience in developing technical requirements, solution architecture, structure and volume of work, project schedule
  • Knowledge of technologies of networking, proxies, information security, etc.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Business-like presence and ability to interact professionally with customers at all organization levels
  • Experience in a similar position at least 2 years
  • Ability to follow through action items and meet service level agreements in timely manner
  • A proactive, multi–tasking oriented person, open to cultural diversity and can maintain flexible working hours knowing partners, customers and peers are operating through several time zones globally.
